What we collect
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Visits are measured in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without identifying you. Data is collected only when you submit the contact form, and covers:
- Full name
- Organization
- Work email address
- Sector, organisation size and area of interest
- The text of your message
Our hosting provider keeps standard operational logs (IP address, browser type) for security and service stability.
Why we use it
Your details are used for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and continue the conversation about your organization's needs. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Who it is shared with
Form submissions reach the EPIC team's inbox through Cloudflare, which also hosts the site. No other party is given access.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are retained for 12 months from the date of last contact, then deleted, unless the enquiry becomes a contractual relationship.
Your rights
Under Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023, you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and may withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@epicjo.ai and we will respond within the period the law sets.
